The second annual DDMT Supper Club was a huge success raising thousands of pounds for DDMT's latest round of requests! Fittingly one of our most recent donations is to the DDMT Supper Club founder RyanTinggal's old alma mater. Durham University is providing scholarships for two wounded or injured servicemen but they approached DDMT for a grant for living costs and just this week former Chairman Andy Jennings signed off the Agreement for £20,000 (£5,000 each year for four years) to make what is to be known as the "Lt Dougie Dalzell Scholarship" a reality.
A huge thank you then to the wonderful Ryan and all the hosts and diners who have helped contribute to this fantastic scheme.
The Supper club works simply by you treating your friends to a dinner party at your house whilst other hosts and hostesses throw simultaneous dinner parties across London.
You and your guests are then invited to meet all the other fabulous diners for a night of fun at the official DDMT after-party in the stunning champagne penthouse bar at Beaufort House Chelsea Private Members Club, with a complimentary shot of the award winning Plymouth Sloe Gin on arrival, live DJ and DDMT themed cocktails.
All you have to do is ask your guests to donate the cost of what they would have spent on a meal at their favourite restaurant to the DDMT. Donations can be made on the Supper Club Justgiving page
The inaugural DDMT SC was held last year and this year's proved equally lively - indeed so lively that a provisional date has already been set for 2016.
