DDMT are delighted to be supporting Wings for Warriors (W4W) with a commitment to donate up to £10,000 per annum for 2 years. These funds will be used towards the salary of Private Chris Kirk (ex 5 Scots and seriously injured in Helmand) who has completed the course and has been invited to join W4W as an in-house instructor.
Wings 4 Warriors was established as a charity about three years ago to train injured service people as helicopter pilots. It operates near Aberdeen and has been supported by a number of large charities and companies.
The DDMT Team were impressed with the organisation and the fact that they aim to provide skills that will make possible a rewarding and exciting future for wounded ex-service personnel.

We would love to hear from you if you know of any soldier (whether current or past), family member or any project that might benefit from our help.
